## Digital Products
All purchases on Southern Cross Books are for **digital products delivered electronically** (eBooks in PDF, EPUB, or MOBI format).
Due to the nature of digital goods, **all sales are final once the download link has been issued**. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after a digital file has been delivered.
This is consistent with standard digital goods consumer protections under South African consumer law, which recognises that digital content loses its commercial value once accessed.

## When a Refund May Be Considered
We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
- The file is corrupted or unreadable and we are unable to provide a working replacement
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error
- Your order was not fulfilled and no download link was received within 24 hours of payment

## Cancellations
As purchases result in immediate digital delivery, **orders cannot be cancelled** once payment has been processed and the download link issued.
